EUVIP 2019: Call for Poster and Demo Special Sessions

EUVIP 2019 solicits submissions of poster and demo abstracts reflecting on-going research progress in the topics of the workshop.

Student participants will greatly benefit from the Posters and Demos session; it will be a lively forum to present their work and receive early feedback from international leading experts attending the conference.

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated based on technical merit and innovation as well as their potential to stimulate interesting discussions and exchange of ideas.

TEMPLATES

All abstracts shall be formatted according to the MS Word template.

Please use the most current version of Microsoft Word, which will help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.

Please do not include page numbers or headers/footers.

Do not use type 3 fonts anywhere in PDF formatted articles. To check a font's type in Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on file, then properties.

Posters for demonstration on the Posters and Demos Session should be printed in A0 size with portret orientation.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Poster and Demo abstracts must be submitted as a single PDF containing 2 pages. The submission should be self-contained ready for publication, including the title, authors, institutional affiliations and contact information, main body, and references (maximum 4 most relevant references in the list of references).

Upon acceptance, instructions for the final camera-ready abstract will be provided.

You may include links to additional online material such as videos. Links to videos showing the demonstration are especially encouraged.
